Insert a new layer or select an empty layer / Name it Dolphin
Drag the dolfin symbol onto the stage. Go to the modify menu , scroll down to transform and select scale. Make the dolphin smaller ( about 20 to 25 % actual size ).
Insert a key frame at 60 on the time line
Select both frames and tween ( insert menu/create tween motion ) an arrow will connect the 2 key frames on the time line.
Go to insert menu again and select create motion guide. a new guide layer appears above the dolphin layer.
Drag the path symbol onto the stage
Reselect the Dolphin layer and highlight the 1st key frame open the frame dialog box from the modify menu and click on the tweening tab.

Tweening --- MOTION
x in the tween scaling box
Rotate ---- NONE
x in Orient to path direction
Zero Easing
X on Snap to grid
Click on OK
Click on the dolphin and Drag it to the start of the Guide line until it SNAPS-ON ( the cross hair at the center of the dolphin symbol will change to a circle and the symbol will seem to jump onto the line. )
highlight the 60th key frame open the frame dialog box from the modify menu and click on the tweening tab.

Rotate ---- NONE
x in Orient to path direction
Zero Easing
X on Snap to grid
Click on OK
Click on the dolphin and Drag it to the end of the Guide line until it SNAPS-ON
To create the water walking effect, grab the red time line handle and drag it forward across the timeline until the dolphin is pointing up. Insert a key frame in that frame.
open the frame dialog box from the modify menu and click on the tweening tab.
Remove the x from the Orient to path direction box
Find the frame you wish the dolphin to start swimming again. Insert a key frame
Replace the x in the Orient to path direction box
